Participative Leadership Power Point: Check it out!!
Participative Leadership is the style that we chose in our small group in class. We thought this was a successful leadership style because when people are able to participate in things we all believed that it helps employees to be more collaborative and there is less competition between employees. When everyone is participating from the workplace together it creates joint goals. Everyone is making decisions together and headed in the same direction. In our power point we provided a graph, which explains the level of being highly participative and the level of being autocratic which is not participative. Leaders who have a participative style tend to want to involve others in tasks and decisions within the firm.
